π― Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate; agency a plus)
- Proven success recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments
- Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high-quality pipelines
- Comfort managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions
- Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed
- A data-informed mindset; you know what to measure and why it matters
