🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate preferred)
• Proven success recruiting sales or revenue roles in fast-paced environments
• Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building pipelines
• Comfortable managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed
• Data-informed mindset with metrics that matter
