🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate; agency a plus).
• Proven success recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high-quality pipelines.
• Comfortable managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions.
• Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed.
• Data-informed mindset with ability to measure and impact hiring outcomes.
