5+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills
Proven GTM recruiting track record (sales, ops, marketing, finance)
Bonus: experience hiring technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)
Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
Experience in fast-growing, scaling startups
