- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting, 4+ years in GTM roles in enterprise software
- Proven ability to source and close passive candidates for senior, hard-to-fill roles
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, atypical business environment
- Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tooling: ATS (Ashby a plus) and Gem or Clay
- Strong hiring manager partnership skills with direct, candid delivery
- Exceptional written communication for InMails, JDs, and candidate materials
