  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting, 4+ years in GTM roles in enterprise software
  • Proven ability to source and close passive candidates for senior, hard-to-fill roles
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, atypical business environment
  • Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tooling: ATS (Ashby a plus) and Gem or Clay
  • Strong hiring manager partnership skills with direct, candid delivery
  • Exceptional written communication for InMails, JDs, and candidate materials
