- Deep affiliate marketing knowledge: networks, publishers, influencers.
- Experience managing external agencies or vendors; deliverables.
- Proven ability to scale affiliate programs within ROI guardrails.
- Hands-on testing/launching new growth channels (referrals, influencers).
- Identify high-value partnerships; balance short-term tests with long-term growth.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal skills; SQL a plus.
- Strong PM and execution skills; ability to drive multiple initiatives.
