  • Proven ability to scale affiliate programs within ROI guardrails.
  • Hands-on testing/launching new growth channels (referrals, influencers).
  • Identify high-value partnerships; balance short-term tests with long-term growth.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal skills; SQL a plus.
  • Strong PM and execution skills; ability to drive multiple initiatives.
