📋 Description

• Define, execute, and measure cross-functional growth initiatives end-to-end.
• Partner with country/EMEA leadership to scale growth programs.
• Lead weekly cross-functional reviews with sales, marketing, product, legal.
• Present analyses and actionable plans to regional leadership.
• Manage multiple priorities; drive fast-paced programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in business consulting or Strategy/Operations; tech a plus.
• Ops, sales, growth marketing or partnerships experience.
• Strong PM; cross-functional coordination; PM frameworks.
• Analytical mindset; end-to-end analysis; SQL or Python a plus.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented; fast execution and learning by doing.
• Fluent English; another European language a plus; location London/Berlin/Barcelona.
