Senior Growth & Operations Manager, EMEA

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across demand, supply, and regulatory surfaces.
• Lead growth and ops pilots: traffic, CRM, growth marketing, partnerships.
• Run weekly cross-functional meetings with sales, product, marketing, and legal to stay on track.
• Present analysis and actionable plans to regional leadership to drive decisions.
• Based in London, Berlin or Barcelona; hybrid with 2 days in office.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in strategy & operations; consulting background preferred.
• Experience in ops, sales, growth marketing and partnerships.
• Strong PM; cross-functional leadership; frameworks and prioritization.
• Analytical mindset; end-to-end analysis; Excel; SQL or Python a plus.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented; fast execution; learning by doing.
• English fluency; another European language a plus.
