- Build event-driven growth motions (pre-event targeting, post-event follow-ups)
- Own lead generation and nurturing flows
- Run structured experiments (A/B tests, channel tests, messaging tests) and iterate
🎯 Requirements
- 4-6 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies for content optimization
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights to improve conversions
- Hands-on with podcasts, webinars, and events, ABM and drip email campaigns, CRM and marketing automation tools
- Comfort using scraping, enrichment, and automation tools to find and qualify contacts
- Highly proficient in English (spoken and written)
