  • Architect and execute integrated campaign strategy (brand, launch, event, demand) across key channels
  • Own the numbers and define what good looks like: MQL, pipeline contributions, conversions
  • Build campaign infrastructure: frameworks, playbooks, templates; scale output with AI tools
  • Partner with Product Marketing to design launch campaigns, inform demand campaigns, plan sales plays
  • Lock arms with Sales and SDR on lead routing, follow-up SLAs, and feedback loops

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
  • Proven track record owning integrated campaigns end-to-end
  • Analytical fluency: set measurement standards, distinguish signal from noise
  • Cross-functional experience with Sales, SDR, creative, and Product Marketing
  • Hands-on with marketing automation (HubSpot) and Salesforce
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills and apply AI responsibly
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
