- Proven growth track record via paid and non-paid channels; strong CAC, LTV, retention.
- Experience with a D2C product in a fast-paced, test-and-learn env; insurance/fintech a plus.
- Ability to set strategic vision and break it into concrete goals and roadmaps.
- High fluency in data; interrogate dashboards, analyze data, and partner with analysts.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving velocity.
