  • 7+ years in growth, performance marketing, product, or strategy roles.
  • Proven growth track record via paid and non-paid channels; strong CAC, LTV, retention.
  • Experience with a D2C product in a fast-paced, test-and-learn env; insurance/fintech a plus.
  • Ability to set strategic vision and break it into concrete goals and roadmaps.
  • High fluency in data; interrogate dashboards, analyze data, and partner with analysts.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving velocity.
