Senior GRC Engineer

📋 Description

• Own governance framework for Life360's agentic systems; define policies and controls.
• Automate evidence collection and vendor questionnaires using AI tooling.
• Build policy program as code; policies in Git; automated checks; unified control reference.
• Drive SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and SOX ITGC end-to-end; audit readiness.
• Create cross-functional GRC workflows with Eng, Legal, Privacy, Internal Audit.
• Be auditor's primary contact; manage scoping and responses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in GRC, security engineering, or hybrid roles; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience using AI tools, including LLMs and agents, in real work.
• Python or equivalent; build integrations and APIs.
• Pull evidence from cloud environments via APIs.
• Built or scaled a GRC platform or TPRM program.
• SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST AI RMF at control level.
