Senior GRC Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and maintain automation workflows for GRC processes (compliance, controls, reporting).
• Implement and customize GRC platforms using programming languages and APIs.
• Develop scripts to automate repetitive GRC tasks (evidence collection, control testing).
• Build dashboards for real-time risk and compliance monitoring.
• Monitor and mitigate risks using automated systems and data-driven insights.
• Support audits by providing automated data collection and evidence.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 8 years in IT/Security/GRC.
• GRC engineering with automation and programming.
• Python and Golang proficiency.
• Familiarity with APIs and Webhooks; at least one scripting language; cloud architecture/tools.
• AWS, GCP and compliance tools experience.
• DevSecOps and CI/CD integration into security/compliance.
• Security controls for cloud/SaaS and risk management tech (SIEM, vulnerability management, DLP).
• Regulatory knowledge (GDPR, ISO 27xxx, SOC 2) and ability to communicate clearly.
