📋 Description

• Oversee design projects from concept to delivery across print and digital.
• Partner with Associate Design Director to execute team strategy and direction.
• Lead conceptual development and elevate creative quality across campaigns.
• Review and provide formal feedback on Junior and Mid-Level Designer work.
• Mentor designers and support team development.
• Manage high-priority and complex initiatives, including fast-turn projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years professional design experience (in-house or agency).
• Portfolio demonstrating leadership across campaigns.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; guide others.
• After Effects required; ability to create motion assets.
• Art Direction experience; support creative direction.
• Color correction and retouching; production-ready visuals.
