Proactively identify opportunities for refactoring and performance optimization

Strong experience with Python and Go for microservices and backend services
BigQuery configuration and integration
Large-scale data processing with Apache Beam and Google Cloud Dataflow
RESTful API design and development
Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
IaC using Pulumi and TypeScript
