Lead sourcing and supplier management for major vehicle structures to hit cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Develop supply chain strategies, including supplier selection and capacity planning.
Partner with Engineering/Quality/Planning on design for manufacturability and program milestones.
Design and scale supply chains for complex components.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement
Experience managing suppliers for aerospace or advanced manufacturing
Proven contracts negotiation and milestone-based agreements
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle)
Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing: machining, forming, welding, and assembly
