Senior Global Supply Manager, Construction & Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Develop and implement supply chain strategy for designated scope.
• Manage vendor base and build long-term, value-driven relationships.
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes: PO creation, RFI/RFQ/RFP, invoice resolution, and supplier management.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and other teams to align procurement with program needs.
• Identify and capture cost savings through RFPs and strategic negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management, Business, Economics, or Finance, or similar.
• Strong contract management, negotiations, and vendor management experience.
• Experience with end-to-end procurement processes (PO creation, RFI/RFQ/RFP, invoice resolution).
• Knowledge of enterprise applications (PLM, ERP, MES) and data-driven procurement.
• Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to business requirements.
