🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, SC/Operations, Economics, or similar.
- 5+ years in strategic sourcing; CapEx experience preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of contract structures, negotiations, and implementation.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of PLM, ERP, MES and data modeling techniques.
- Nice to have: Master’s degree in Engineering or related; NPI supply chain experience.
