🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
Direct experience managing avionics commodities in aerospace (PCBs, PCBAs, machined components, harnessing).
Proven track record negotiating contracts and milestone-based agreements.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes (machining, PCB/PCBA, harness).
