π― Requirements
- 7+ years HR Ops with focus on lifecycle, HR systems, and vendor coordination.
- Proven track record in global or hypergrowth tech environments.
- Strong knowledge of US/EMEA employment policies; APAC a plus.
- Experience collaborating with global teams across time zones.
- Experience with EOR providers and benefits vendors across multiple EMEA/APAC.
- Experience in global mobility: immigration, visas, relocations.
