  • Escalate and resolve HR queries for employees/managers with empathy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years HR Ops with focus on lifecycle, HR systems, and vendor coordination.
  • Proven track record in global or hypergrowth tech environments.
  • Strong knowledge of US/EMEA employment policies; APAC a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams across time zones.
  • Experience with EOR providers and benefits vendors across multiple EMEA/APAC.
  • Experience in global mobility: immigration, visas, relocations.
