🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of payroll experience in a multi-country environment.
- Hands-on EU and US payroll experience; Spain/Netherlands a plus.
- Strong payroll principles, deductions, and compliance knowledge.
- Experience with external payroll providers and EoR models.
- Hands-on payroll systems experience; ADP is a strong plus.
- HRIS-driven payroll processes (Humaans or similar).
