  • Coordinate payroll operations across multiple countries and employment models.
  • Ensure accurate, timely salary payments across all hubs and EoR providers.
  • Oversee payroll controls, validations, and reconciliations with external providers.
  • Manage statutory deductions, taxes, and social contributions with local partners.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and complex payroll-related cases.
  • Build scalable payroll processes and maintain HRIS workflows (Humaans).

  • 10+ years of payroll experience in a multi-country environment.
  • Hands-on EU and US payroll experience; Spain and the Netherlands a plus.
  • Strong payroll principles, deductions, and compliance knowledge.
  • Experience with external payroll providers and EoR models.
  • Hands-on payroll systems experience; ADP is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS-driven payroll processes (Humaans or similar).
  • Strong process thinking; ability to design scalable operating models.
  • Detail-oriented with ownership mindset and cross-functional skills.
