End-to-end payroll processing across multiple regions; ensure accuracy and compliance
Develop and maintain payroll guides, SOPs, and audit checklists
Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and implement payroll process improvements
Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure seamless processing and regulatory compliance
Provide guidance to payroll specialists and deliver training on updated processes
Foster a learning environment to share insights and elevate team performance

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of payroll processing experience, global or multi-regional preferred
Canadian Payroll Association PCP certification preferred
Experience with payroll software (Workday, ADP, Dayforce)
Experience with Workday payroll module
Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and payroll reporting
Ability to develop and maintain payroll docs, SOPs, and audit checklists
