Senior Global Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end international payroll for Australia, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.
• Lead year end reporting, audits, and SOX controls where applicable.
• Optimize payroll processes and manage vendors such as ADP Celergo, ActivPayroll, and Workday.
• Ensure funding across currencies and multi-currency payroll accounting.
• Serve as escalation point for complex payroll matters with HR, Benefits, and Finance.
• Support a predictable month end close with journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• 3+ years of international payroll processing experience.
• BS or BA degree or relevant experience.
• Expert in Workday, NetSuite, ADP, ADP-Celergo, and ActivPayroll.
• Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• CPP certification or equivalent is a major plus.
