- Oversee Deel partnership and Employer of Record program—strategy, onboarding, invoicing, compliance.
- Refine work-from-abroad program; align eligibility, approvals, and country guardrails with Legal/Tax.
- Maintain immigration, tax, and employment compliance across jurisdictions.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in global mobility, immigration, or related fields.
- Deep U.S. immigration experience and in UK, Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, Ireland.
- Executes complex cases flawlessly; redesigns processes for efficiency.
- Detail-oriented and organized; manages many concurrent cases.
- Experience with relocation program design and EOR models; Deel a plus.
- Clear, concise communicator; builds relationships across locations/time zones.
