- 3β5 years LOA admin, accommodations, and global wellness
- Experience navigating US/Canada leave regulations
- Experience with Canadian Human Rights Act, ADA, and provincial HR law
- Empathy, discretion, and sound judgment in sensitive cases
- HRIS platforms and leave systems (UKG, Sparrow)
- Bilingual in French and English for Canada
