  • Strategic and commercial mindset with ownership of direction, prioritization, and outcomes.
  • Able to challenge, ask tough questions, and push for clarity while staying collaborative.
  • Strong analytical skills, including defining KPIs and using data to guide decisions.
  • Fluent (C2) in German and English.
