• Provide operational support across finance, HR, compliance, procurement, IT, and risk.
• Lead new country and project office setups and wind-downs.
• Evolve country organigrams and talent management systems.
• Collaborate with Global Shared Services to embed standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience maturing country offices in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Financial budgeting and multi-country management expertise.
• Strong risk management and crisis response experience.
• HR, compliance, procurement, IT and cross-functional risk management.
• Data-driven decision making and cross-cultural stakeholder management.
• English required; French, Portuguese or Swahili preferred.
