  • Participate in external comp surveys: job matching, data validation, submissions, interpretation.
  • Support job architecture: structures, grades, leveling, and frameworks.
  • Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, modelling, and analysis for planning and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • Typical experience: 5+ years in compensation, rewards, or analytics.
  • Experience with compensation data, salary structures, incentive plans, and planning processes.
  • Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills with advanced functionality.
  • Experience supporting merit, promotions, or bonus planning.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking and market data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
