- Process enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Liaise with brokers, carriers, and retirement vendors to troubleshoot enrollment and coverage issues
- Manage retirement plans in USA, Canada and India; coordinate with external 401k auditor
- Lead open enrollment and wellness programs; ensure COBRA events are managed
- Oversee leave administration and ERISA compliance reporting

- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to own end-to-end processes and work independently
- Experience managing multiple tasks across global teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with HRIS/benefits platforms/LMS; Rippling preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin or related field; 4+ years experience in HR ops/benefits
