Senior GL Accountant

📋 Description

• Own month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, variances.
• Manage daily cash operations across banking platforms and wires.
• Lead prepaid expenses and fixed assets: amort/dep schedules.
• Partner with AP/Payroll/Tax/Procurement to resolve discrepancies.
• Support global accounting: VAT/GST, tax accruals, intercompany allocations.
• Drive automation and AI-assisted workflows to scale operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years GL accounting experience.
• Strong NetSuite knowledge in multi-entity/multi-currency setup.
• Experience owning reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close with minimal supervision.
• Foundational accrual accounting; exposure to fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and indirect tax.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and cross-team communication.
