Senior German Creative Copywriter (m/w/x)

📋 Description

• Own Grover's voice in German and English across brand, CRM, and product surfaces.
• Define tone of voice and messaging with Head of Design to support growth.
• Craft brand and campaign copy from concepts to headlines and storytelling.
• Drive performance and growth copy for paid social, display, search, and pages.
• Lead CRM and lifecycle copy across email, push, and in-app messaging.
• Collaborate on product copy via Contentful; manage AI copy stack for self-serve copy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as copywriter in fast-paced settings (agency/scale-up/in-house).
• Native German and fluent/bilingual English.
• Local market insight across DE/AT beyond language.
• Portfolio showing brand, campaigns, performance, and lifecycle copy.
• Experience with AI tools Gemini and Claude or equivalent.
• Build/maintain prompt libraries and brand-voice style guides.
• Hands-on with Lokalise and Contentful (localization/CMS).
