Lead full-cycle recruitment for G&A roles (Finance/Accounting & Legal)
Partner with G&A leaders across N AMER, EMEA and APAC
Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to support DEI
Ensure a seamless, data-driven candidate experience
Collaborate across HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment
Hybrid role: 12 months, two in-office days per week in Denver or Oakland

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of G&A SaaS recruiting experience
3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies
Proven success hiring Accounting & Finance and Legal roles (senior)
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing
DEI, data-driven recruiting, and continuous improvement mindset
Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter
