📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to design scalable hiring strategies.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from IC to VP+ level.

• Use data to inform recruiting strategy and improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, incl. 4+ years in-house at growth-stage tech.
• Experience across functions—G&A plus GTM/Product preferred.
• Proven ability to build trust across all levels—from ICs to C-suite.
• Strong business acumen; translate needs into talent strategy.
• Autonomous in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and advanced sourcing.
