🎯 Requirements

Track record in B2B FX sales or cross-border financial services (imports/exports, international payments, cash management).
Financial Services experience; network a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to mentor and develop people.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building with SME senior stakeholders.
Fluent Romanian and English.
