Senior Fullstack Product Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to accelerate roadmap.
• Collaborate with teams across Vanta on cross-cutting engineering initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and help develop their skills.
• Make tradeoffs balancing business priorities, UX, and a sustainable foundation.
• Develop features for the Product Platform across teams.
• Work with React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with backend emphasis.
• Experience leading small teams of engineers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience building user-facing SaaS products over multiple years.
• Experience building 0→1 products and solving tough engineering problems.
• TypeScript experience is a plus; stack is React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, MongoDB.
