🎯 Requirements

• Kotlin (preferred) or Java proficiency.
• Track record of significant technical impact.
• Experience with 0-1 builds.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Distributed systems, async messaging, event-driven APIs, integration patterns.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, resilient code.
