🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years experience as a full-stack engineer on complex web apps.
- Ruby on Rails, MySQL, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS, TailwindCSS.
- Strong frontend and backend experience; able to build features end-to-end.
- Proven track record shipping customer-facing experiences and solving hard problems.
- Highly collaborative; work with engineers, product, design, and GTM teams.
- Proficient in English (CEFR C2; ILR 5).
