Design, build, and maintain features across the stack using GoLang and React.
Manage and monitor deployments using AWS and New Relic for alerting.
Serve as on-call support engineer during business hours (roughly every other month).
Contribute to peer reviews, reviewing others' code and providing feedback.
Engage in regular 1:1s with the Director of Engineering for alignment and growth.

🎯 Requirements

GoLang, Redis, RESTful API development.
React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and MUI experience.
Mobile-first development and accessibility (color contrast, screen readers).
AWS and monitoring tools like New Relic.
Transparent communicator in a highly collaborative, peer-review heavy environment.
