🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years experience as a full-stack engineer on complex web applications.
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, ReactJS, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS, TailwindCSS.
- Familiar with both frontend and backend; can build end-to-end features across the stack.
- Experience working on a fully distributed remote team.
- Agile software development principles.
- Great communication in English (written and verbal).
