🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience shipping production-grade software in startups
Hands-on experience deploying production-ready AI features
AI-first thinking and software development best practices
Strong full-stack skills with a backend-first orientation
Deep experience designing scalable backend systems, ideally in Python
Frontend experience with React or similar modern frameworks
