Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Applied AI

📋 Description

• Ship full-stack AI projects end-to-end on Rails backend and React frontend.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests, AI evaluations) to validate features.
• Build and integrate AI infrastructure components; optimize for performance and reliability.
• Improve processes and tools to scale AI features to production.
• Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge AI research, techniques, and tools.
• Collaborate with leaders and designers through the feature design process.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience as a full-stack engineer on high-traffic apps.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MySQL / PostgreSQL, ReactJS.
• Hands-on experience building AI features in production (RAG, AI agents, LLM tools).
• Strong experimentation mindset: design/run AB tests and measure results.
• Desire to work in fast-paced environment with autonomy and accountability.
• Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2; ILR Level 5).
