🎯 Requirements

Production software experience with depth in 2+ areas (backend, frontend, data, or infra).
Strong in Python (Django) and Java; comfortable swapping stacks.
Postgres production experience; ElasticSearch a plus; tune queries.
Modern web apps with TypeScript and React.
Production stack: Linux, GCP (or equivalent), networking basics, reliability under load.
Ambiguity-tolerant with ownership; practical about AI; care about craft.
