Optimize Maconomy backend DB structures and SQL queries.
Lead Maconomy architecture; guide upgrades and engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years core Java in enterprise apps.
Strong JS (ES6+) experience with React.
Extensive Maconomy customization and maintenance.
Experience building ERP integration layers.
Relational DB expertise (Oracle/SQL Server).
