Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Focus)

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering on cross-functional teams to deliver OKRs.
• Drive large projects autonomously while communicating progress and iterating on solutions.
• Recommend architectural solutions and trade-offs for time to market, quality, and security.
• Support and maintain the existing codebase and products.
• Improve engineering practices: refactoring, code reviews, CI/CD, observability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building products in a multi-tenant SaaS environment
• Expertise in React
• A strong product mindset focused on UX, business impact, and continuous learning.
• Forward-looking engineering with fluency in LLMs and developer agents.
• Bias for action; ship value quickly while upholding standards.
• Experience managing stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills; explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Python, Django, SQL and PostgreSQL is a plus.
