Document and share knowledge to optimise processes.

🎯 Requirements

Always be shipping: deliver value with speed and quality.
6+ years building large-scale applications; Java or PHP preferred.
Experience with Go, C#, or Python valued; willingness to work with Java.
Experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
Proven experience leading architecture decisions and initiatives.
Excellent communication with stakeholders; explain complex problems clearly.
Accountable, proactive, and able to drive improvements.
