Senior Full-stack Engineer (BE-oriented) (LLM) - Health Care - (Colombia/Remote)

📋 Description

• Write production-quality backend code with LLM features.
• Design, build, and evolve backend architectures for conversational AI.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain LLM applications, flows, orchestration.
• Apply prompt engineering to improve response quality, reliability, safety.
• Optimize LLM-backed systems for latency, concurrency, uptime, cost.
• Build and maintain APIs and microservices powering web/mobile.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong backend engineering skills using Java (preferred) or Python.
• Experience integrating LLMs or conversational AI via APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, etc.).
• Experience with LLM application patterns, such as prompt iteration, conversation state, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience building and operating services on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
