Senior Full-stack Engineer (Backend Heavy) - HealthTech

📋 Description

• Write production-quality backend code daily, focusing on LLM features.
• Design and evolve backend architectures for conversational AI and health LLM apps.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain LLM apps, including flows and orchestration.
• Apply prompt engineering to improve response quality, reliability, and safety.
• Optimize LLM systems for latency, concurrency, uptime, and cost.
• Build and maintain APIs and microservices powering web, mobile, and devices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong backend skills using Java (preferred).
• Experience integrating LLMs or conversational AI via APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic).
• Familiarity with LLM application patterns (prompt iteration, conversation state, RAG).
• Experience building and operating services on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud-native environments.
• Ownership mindset and comfort working in a startup environment.
