Write production-ready backend code daily, focused on backend systems and LLM features
Design, build, and evolve backend architectures for conversational AI
Develop, integrate, and maintain LLM applications, including flows and orchestration
Apply prompt engineering to improve response quality, reliability, safety
Optimize LLM-backed systems for latency, concurrency, uptime, and cost
Build and maintain APIs and microservices powering web, mobile, and devices

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering
Strong backend skills using Java (preferred)
Experience integrating LLMs or conversational AI via APIs
Familiarity with LLM application patterns (prompt iteration, conversation state, RAG)
Familiarity with React
Experience building and operating services on AWS
