Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI Agent Platform

📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end features across React frontend and FastAPI backend.
• Design AI agent workflows using LangGraph for screening automation and RAG.
• Lead initiatives—from design to production—turning complex problems into work.
• Integrate data sources (APIs, LexisNexis, data warehouse) with robust error handling.
• Improve platform reliability with monitoring, alerts, and performance fixes.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers via code reviews and pairing.
• Shape engineering practices: architecture decisions, standards, and processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Compliance, and other teams to deliver impactful solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong React + TypeScript skills with state management, performance, and testing.
• Strong Python backend experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• System design skills; design scalable, maintainable systems and trade-offs.
• API design expertise - REST, WebSockets/SSE, distributed patterns.
• Database proficiency - SQL and NoSQL (DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch).
• Testing mindset; write tests and advocate for quality.
• Ownership mentality; take features from idea to production.
• Strong communication; explain complex concepts to engineers and non-engineers, and write documentation.
• Mentorship ability; guide less experienced engineers.
